She started off running his chain of salons & spas which were consistently named Top 20 Salons in America under her realm. The past several years, she has assisted John in researching what it takes to be a World-Class service company, as well as been an integral part in helping pioneer dozens of revolutionary customer service concepts and techniques that are used world wide today, known as Secret Service Systems.
